Secrets to Weight Loss – Lisa Belisle
You’ve seen your friends buy the wacky exercise machines and then dump the shake weight in a corner of the basement closet not even a week later. You’ve watched them experiment with all the Hollywood fad diets, like vaporizing meals to avoid calorie intake. Maybe even you have taken part by popping diet pills packed with harmful chemicals, or turned to South Beach and Atkinson’s for quick fixes.
Despite grossing billions of dollars annually, the weight loss industry seldom delivers what it has promised. There is no magic elixir to drop 20 pounds, and if there were, you would be silly to purchase it. Diets are a gag and a gimmick, hopefully that is no secret to you, but what you might not be familiar with are the simple lifestyle changes and diet staples that can promote natural and healthy weight loss.
Join Lisa and share in the secrets of weight loss, like the need to ingest healthy fats, the importance of whole grains, how herbal treatments make a difference, and how your body can benefit from regular cleansing. Break the cycle of endless dieting; don’t waste another dime on weight loss nonsense, or another day stuck in a body that is not your ideal image of wellness. Learn the secrets to weight loss and begin your life without pain.
I am a Clinical Nutritionist and Ayurvedic Practitioner. I was inspired to found Life without Pain after my own struggles with weight gain and a chronic pain disorder. Through education and lifestyle change, I was able to cure myself, which in turn motivated me to help and encourage others. My business offers mainstream and Ayurvedic nutrition counseling, an extensive line of health products and supplements, and a spa menu of relaxing and therapeutic Ayurvedic treatments, based on two thousand years of practice.
Sweet Misery… Sugar and Releasing the Addiction - Rita Hale
How much sugar is too much? Is there such a thing as good sugar, and if so, where can I find it? And what about my sweet tooth? At this juncture, you’ve already begun your wellness journey, you’re conscious of your diet and you find yourself asking these types of questions often. In an effort to clear the confusion and address your concerns surrounding sugar Rita Hale would like to spend some time discussing the recommended daily servings of fruits and vegetables. You may be scratching your heads now, but in this lecture you will learn about nutrient deficiencies, how they cause cravings and how to curb those cravings by eating a whole-foods diet. Once you learn the miserable truth about all that is sickeningly sweet, you will have all the motivation you need to trash that tootsie roll stash, heck the whole candy aisle, in favor of all that is green and leafy and never look back. Rita will also introduce Juice Plus as the ideal product to bridge the gap between what we should be eating, and what we are actually eating.
Hello, my name is Rita Hale, I work as a facilitator teaching reading and writing at MATC. My passion for education and learning has long extended to topics of wellness and nutrition; because of this, I have chosen to represent the whole-food nutrition based company Juice Plus. In addition to healthy eating, I use tuning forks and music therapy to assist others in healing their bodies. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge, vast experience and the tools to help you bridge the gap.
